The DART and Corporate Divisions were recently merged under a single Deputy Commissioner. The newly formed DART and Enabling Services Division is responsible for the day-to-day operations of corporate enabling functions including the Commission's governance, finance, audit and risk, information and communications technology (ICT) and property and security. The Division is also responsible for the delivery of the Data and Regulatory Transformation program - a large transformation program which will uplift the Commissions regulatory functions through modern and effective data and ICT capabilities. About the team Security and Workplace Services is responsible for enhancing the Commission's business, security and resilience capability through strategically and operationally managing the national property and accommodation portfolio. Our protective security and resilience management programs ensure our people, properties and assets remain safe, accessible, secure and fit for purpose, across the Commission's footprint. The key duties of the position include Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Support the implementation of the Commission's business resilience framework, strategies and plans across the organisation. Work with business areas Commission-wide to embed the resilience framework for Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM) and Emergency Management (EM). Conduct business risk assessments, business impact analyses, and document business continuity, emergency management and disaster recovery plans and procedures. Plan, conduct, facilitate and debrief business continuity and emergency management exercises, including desktop simulations, BC/EM plan testing, and scenario workshops to test and improve the adequacy and efficiency of existing plans and strategies. Take the lead on tenancy emergency management planning for the national property portfolio. Work closely with Commission appointed building floor wardens and first aid officers across each office to ensure they receive training, support and guidance in carrying out their responsibilities. Engage with internal stakeholders to build awareness, capability and compliance with continuity and emergency management requirements. Assist and support senior leaders and executives during disruptive events, acting as s support coordinator for continuity efforts and lessons learned post-event. Liaise with building management, ECO representatives and external partners to ensure tenancy-specific responsibilities are integrated with site emergency planning. Monitor compliance of the Commission BCM with relevant frameworks, including the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), Standards (ISO22301, AS3745) and government policies, ensuring alignment with best practice standards.
