The key duties of the position include The Role As the Data Analyst within the Defence People System (DPS) Directorate, you will lead the technical sustainment, enhancement and continuous improvement of the DPS's Strategic Reporting Form and the Power BI dashboard, POPULUS. You will also play a critical role in preparing and leading the migration of these tools into the One Defence Data ecosystem, ensuring they remain accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with enterprise requirements. By providing clear workforce and people insights, your work will give senior Defence leaders - including SES Band 2/2-Star and SES Band 3/3-Star officers - the visibility they need to inform timely decision-making on force generation for preparedness and force employment.
