The company operates in all states with its headquarters overseas. Description Ensure all quality assurance processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to maintain product excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the factory to optimise work flows. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance across the 2 manufacturing operations. Analyse quality data and generate reports for management review. Provide training to staff on quality standards and best practices. Address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency. Profile A successful Quality Manager will bring the below: A strong background in quality assurance within a fast-paced FMCG industry. Bachelor of Food Science/Technology (or related field) Experience in Engineering & Manufacturing processes and systems. Excellent knowledge of relevant high risk regulatory and compliance standards. Proficiency in analysing data and creating detailed quality reports. Strong leadership skills to guide and train team members effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
