The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Dispatch Operator’s to join our afternoon shift (12pm - 8pm) at PARKINSON. If you're a reliable, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to become part of a company that values quality, safety, and great people. Your responsibilities may include, based on your experience: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Ensure all despatch documentation is completed correctly Perform general warehouse duties, including stock control and inventory checks Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Work closely with logistics, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries About you The successful applicant will demonstrate they are a hardworking team player with proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment. As well as Experience in warehousing, logistics or dispatch preferred Forklift licence is a plus, but not essential Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic Good communication and problem-solving skills Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks A team-first attitude and willingness to learn On Offer Upon completion of your training, you will contribute to manufacturing the best sleep solutions on the market.
