About the Opportunity As a graduate Occupational Therapist, you’ll serve as a valued member of ECH’s multidisciplinary team, where you’ll develop your skills in conducting comprehensive assessments and care planning to determine individuals’ capabilities and create targeted care strategies that maximise independence and quality of life. This graduate-focused role provides extensive learning opportunities through delivering a diverse range of one-on-one interventions, including health behaviour change counselling, home environment assessments, equipment recommendations and home modifications to enhance client safety and independence within their chosen living environments. You’ll receive mentorship and support as you build confidence in your clinical practice while making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives. About You The ideal graduate Occupational Therapist is a compassionate and empathetic new professional who combines foundational clinical knowledge with exceptional communication skills and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow. You’re ready to develop your advocacy skills while delivering individualised treatment programs under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
