Access to our Employee Assistance Program. About the Role As the Guidewire Technical Lead, you will own the technical delivery of Guidewire solutions within icare’s core insurance platform. You’ll oversee system design, implementation, and integration, ensuring our platforms remain robust, secure, and aligned to strategic goals. Beyond architecture, you’ll guide and mentor developers, foster collaboration across internal and external teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. From vendor management and stakeholder engagement to embedding best practice in cloud adoption, this role places you at the centre of icare’s digital transformation journey. Your story so far: You’re an experienced technical leader with deep expertise in Guidewire applications—PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter—and proven success leading large-scale implementations. With a strong background in Gosu, Java, and cloud-based architectures, you’re equally confident designing solutions, mentoring teams, and engaging senior stakeholders. You thrive in complex environments, love solving problems, and bring a strong customer focus to every decision. Agile ways of working are second nature to you, and you’re comfortable navigating the dynamics of vendors, business units, and delivery partners.
