The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious, driven Lending Adviser to join our growing Finance Broking division in our CBD office. You will work closely with the Partner of the lending division to grow the business through developing relationships and referrals from both internal and external partners. This role is ideal for a motivated Mobile Lender, Loan Writer, Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Specialist who wants to take the next step in their career. You’ll have the ability to contribute ideas, shape the division’s growth, and be rewarded like a business owner - without the downside risk of running your own business. Must be comfortable working with accountants and have a good understanding of financial terms. Who You Are Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (completed) Minimum 2 years’ experience as a broker Proven sales/customer-facing experience High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments Highly organised, motivated, and able to work autonomously Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Full-time working capacity Why Join Us?
