Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to introduce products and services. Generate leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach. Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients. Follow up with customers via phone and email to build strong relationships. Maintain accurate records in CRM software and update customer databases. Track and report on calls and leads , etc. About You: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Comfortable with cold calling and sales conversations. Able to engage and build rapport with a wide range of customers. Familiar with CRM systems and data entry. Persistent, goal-driven, and proactive. Work Schedule: Part-time role: minimum 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (30 hours/week).
