Located in the heart of Dunsborough , our vibrant venue boasts a brewery, beer garden, café, bar, apartments and cosy cabins , catering to both locals and tourists year-round. As our Barista, you’ll be the face of our café – crafting delicious coffee, delivering friendly service, and helping create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that keeps people coming back. We’re after someone who brings energy, consistency, and a genuine love for great coffee to every shift. What You’ll Do: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care, Provide friendly, attentive service in a busy, fast-paced café environment, Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station, Work collaboratively with our café and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, Uphold excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times, Contribute to a fun, positive and professional team culture. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Barista in a café or hospitality venue, Confidence working with barista machines and an understanding of coffee preparation, A friendly, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills, Great attention to detail, presentation and consistency, Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, Based in Dunsborough or the surrounding area, or planning to relocate (accommodation not provided), Must have the right to work in Australia.
