About the Role: The Direct Care Worker (Residential) assists in providing direct care services to residents of the Residential Care Home. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the role works closely with health professionals and forms part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, and person-centred care. What We’re Looking For: Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position. Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position. Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field. Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons. Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
