Milestone IT is partnering with a leading Australian retail giant to find a skilled Business Analyst for a significant ServiceNow integration project. This is an initial 6-12 month contract based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. The Opportunity This role focuses on integrating ServiceNow with existing business systems to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. You'll be the crucial link between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of a project that will impact the entire organisation. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions using ServiceNow integration capabilities. ServiceNow Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow, advising on best practices and module functionality. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with technical teams, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Testing: Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and validating the solution against business requirements. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on ServiceNow integration projects . Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD). Demonstrated experience working within a large-scale, complex business environment, preferably in retail. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly regarded.
