About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the leadership team. This hands-on role involves supporting the Venue Manager and senior team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service across bars, restaurants, and gaming. You'll lead and mentor staff, handle escalated customer service matters, oversee compliance, and keep the venue running at a high standard.
