Have you had experience working with townhouse projects? This role is working for the builder in their medium-density department. Reporting to the Project Manager Manager you will look after all the medium-density projects, the first being onsite at Rochedale. We are looking for someone that has great construction knowledge and experience working with developer clients to ensure the best outcomes for both parties. You will be involved in projects from inception to completion, working with the onsite construction team and manager, internally with drafters, estimators and contracts administration team Key Requirements Have worked with an Australian Building company or developer. Experience with Medium Density Residential or commercial construction Knowledge of design and construction contracts and processes Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients and sub-contractors Understanding of in project cost control and management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) Excellent computer skills Ensure all site safety management and reporting is maintained in accordance with company policies.
