Due to expansions, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager with skills and experience in SEO strategies, account management, paid media, and paid social to join our Sydney team. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As our Senior Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing their satisfaction and ensuring project deliverables, timelines, goals, and expectations are met and exceeded. You will work hand-in-hand with our SEO & PPC teams, and our production and creative teams to to ensure high quality strategies and results for clients. Coupled with our in house training, you will be required to be proactive in staying up to date with developments in the industry. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE 4 years of experience in Account Management and/or Client Services in the digital marketing space Knowledge or experience in SEO, PPC, Web development, and social media advertising An adaptive mindset, with proven critical thinking skills The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
