Are you a sales professional with a passion for digital marketing and helping businesses grow? We're looking for a dynamic Franchise Growth Executive to drive adoption of innovative marketing solutions across leading enterprise restaurant franchise groups. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong media or QSR account management experience, and loves building relationships that deliver measurable results. What you'll be doing Manage the full sales cycle with franchisees - from outreach and pitching through to execution and campaign reporting. Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to design and implement marketing strategies that educate and engage franchisees. Conduct direct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive product adoption. Lead engaging webinars, training sessions, and presentations for franchise owners. Develop scalable sales strategies to reach a high volume of independent customers. Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers within franchise networks. What we're looking for 5 years' experience in high-volume sales or account management. A proven record of exceeding revenue targets and closing deals within short cycles. Strong background in Digital Media, Marketing, or Performance Marketing . Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action. Confident communicator with experience presenting campaign reports and leading strategic discussions. Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Google Workspace) preferred. Experience in QSR, eCommerce, or Last Mile Delivery industries a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in changing environments. Why join us?
