You'll provide a mix of therapeutic intervention, case management, outreach, and collaborative care planning. What you'll do: Conduct mental health assessments, risk evaluations, and treatment planning Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Coordinate care with families, internal teams, and external service providers Respond to crises and provide assertive outreach where needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation What you'll bring: Degree-qualified in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy (must have mental health experience) Full registration with AHPRA or AASW Experience in youth mental health and complex case management- minimum 2 years experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills National Police Check, WWCC, and valid driver's licence Australian Working Rights Be part of something meaningful.
