Cover the property managers/leasing consultants on leave. Assist the property management team with arrears maintenance issues Managing ingoings, outgoings and routines Assisting the leasing team which can involve Saturday work Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople as first point of contact Ad hoc support to the senior property management team Scope to step up and manage your own portfolio of properties down the track The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Property Officer will have: Previous real estate experience in a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer or Property Manager role is a MUST- A great attitude and willingness to learn is most important!
