About the Role As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll be the warm, empathetic voice and face of our service-guiding clients through their pet aftercare journey. From managing enquiries to preparing viewing rooms and coordinating logistics, you'll ensure every interaction honours the bond between pets and their families. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, and social media Assist clients with viewings, collections, and deliveries in a compassionate manner Prepare animals and viewing rooms to company standards Coordinate vet, home, and office collections Manage client payments including Zip Pay and Vet Pay Maintain accurate data entry and reporting Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery What We're Looking For A caring, professional communicator with a passion for helping others Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work on your feet and lift moderate weights Q Fever vaccination (or willingness to obtain) Experience in customer service or care-related roles is highly regarded Why Join Us?
