We’ve got ambitious goals — including 2.5x revenue growth this year and franchising in the works — due to this we’re looking for a confident, ambitious Business Development Manager to lead the charge and grow with us. What You’ll Be Doing: Securing new B2B clients (builders, developers, commercial property groups). Re-engaging existing accounts and driving repeat business. Attending site visits and client meetings. Following up post-project to build long-term relationships. Tracking pipelines and uncovering new opportunities. Working closely with founders to shape sales & growth strategy. What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years in B2B sales or business development. Confidence working with builders, PMs, and decision-makers. Strong relationship builder who plays the long game. Self-driven, hands-on, and motivated by results. Valid driver’s licence — you enjoy being out in the field.
