We're seeking a Psychologist or a Senior Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join a dynamic, client-focused team. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored intervention plans with clients and their families. Provide individual counselling/therapy sessions and build meaningful client connections. Advocate for clients and coordinate with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance well-being. Monitor and manage clients' mental health in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. About You Current AHPRA registration (Psychologists) or AASW registration with Mental Health Accreditation (Social Workers). Demonstrated experience in mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions. Proven experience providing individual counselling/therapy (mandatory). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders. Passion for making a difference in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
