As part of an agile East Arnhem regional team, and working to the Regional Executive Director, the Regional Director will provide strategic whole-of-government leadership and coordination to ensure effective delivery of priority government policies, programs and projects in the East Arnhem region, to rebuild the economy, reduce crime and restore the Territory lifestyle at the regional level. The successful applicant will need to work collaboratively with community leaders, service providers, government agencies and other stakeholders to project manage the Gove Peninsula Futures mining transition to achieve a positive socio-economic transition of the Gove Peninsula and North East Arnhem region.
