The Senior Client Services Officer provides a high level of customer service to Department of Housing clients within the Big Rivers Region seeking assistance with accommodation in public housing, requiring referral to support services and requesting information relating to public housing programs and financial assistance options. The Housing Case Officer undertakes activities related to key reform agendas and strategic priorities across both remote and urban public housing portfolios with a primary focus on rent collection, rental arrears and debt management, supported by appropriate compliance measures. Two fixed vacancies are available, one to 20/05/2027 and one to 30/06/2026.
