What you’ll be owning (but not juggling alone): Partnering with leaders to solve real business challenges through smart people strategies. Coaching and supporting managers to bring out the best in their teams. Employee relations that balance fairness, compliance, and common sense. Remuneration, benefits, workforce planning and policy work that actually makes sense. Driving culture and performance initiatives (minus L&D, WHS, TA – we’ve got other legends handling those!).
