About the Role As a Recruitment Coordinator , you’ll play a critical role in expanding our national pool of high-quality Travel Nurses. This is more than a support role — you’ll be a driving force in sourcing, screening, and engaging healthcare professionals to meet client needs across Australia. Working closely with our experienced Recruitment Consultants, Workforce team, and international division, you’ll help ensure a seamless and positive recruitment journey for every candidate — from first contact through to contract placement. What You'll Be Doing Build Talent Pipelines : Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking. Candidate Engagement : Conduct phone screens, assist with interviews, and guide nurses through our onboarding and registration process. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work alongside consultants, compliance teams, and regional offices to match candidates to the right contracts. Database Management : Keep candidate records up to date and ensure all recruitment documents are correctly uploaded. Compliance & Quality : Support all processes in line with legal and company standards, maintaining our commitment to exceptional care and professionalism. Marketing Support : Write job ads, track applications, and support promotions for recruitment campaigns. Support Strategy : Contribute to candidate attraction strategies and help identify opportunities for process improvements. Who You Are You thrive in a dynamic environment and are flexible with your schedule to meet business needs. You enjoy problem-solving, are tech-savvy (MS Office, CRMs like JobAdder), and have an eye for quality and compliance. You’re driven and take initiative — especially when it comes to sourcing and candidate outreach. ✅ Qualifications & Experience Experience in recruitment (healthcare sector experience is a plus). Confidence in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and databases. Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Why Join Us?
