We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (minimum 5 years) with a strong background in quality, risk, and governance to support continuous improvement across our Care Homes in Queensland and New South Wales. Our Opportunity! Reporting to the Head of Quality, Excellence & Governance, the Clinical and Quality Specialist Advisor is responsible for driving the highest standards of clinical practice and quality assurance across our services, with a strong focus on enhancing resident care and safety. This dynamic, roving role blends clinical expertise with a strong focus on: Quality improvement initiatives Regulatory compliance Development of best practices Position offers emote work however frequent travel across our care homes in Victoria and South Australia is required. Key Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance initiatives, including audits, data analysis, and continuous improvement planning Ensure compliance with Aged Care, Disability Services, NDIS, and relevant regulatory standards Provide expert clinical guidance and assessments using evidence-based practice Deliver staff training on clinical competencies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to enhance care outcomes Support accreditation preparation and drive best-practice service delivery What You’ll Bring: Be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
