What You’ll Be Doing Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts confidently and safely (minimum 1 year recent experience required, with Crown double-deep reach truck experience preferred) Replenish stock from mixed pallets in racking and consolidate remaining items Handle daily cycle counts of pallets in racking and work with the Incoming Goods Manager to confirm or resolve discrepancies Carry out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring timelines are met Support the team by keeping areas organised and working productively with colleagues and independently when required Description About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced & licensed – confident high-reach forklift operator with at least 1 year recent experience; counterbalance experience also required Physically fit & motivated – comfortable with regular manual handling and committed to getting the job done Numerically strong & clear communicator – able to complete daily cycle counts and work closely with the Incoming Goods Manager Team-oriented – thrives working with others but equally capable of working independently Safety-focused – committed to safe practices in forklift operation and manual handling within shared spaces Skills And Experiences Kickstart Your Automotive Career!
