This exceptionally busy caravan park caters to both visitors travelling through the regional and a large amount of FIFO workers. With modern cabins & powered sites it’s a favourite stop. We are seeking a couple that can fulfill roles across the entire park. No 2 days are ever the same! This role is based Monday to Friday however the occasional weekend will be required. The basis & majority of this role will see you both working in housekeeping, amenities cleaning, & grounds work for which you need to be physically fit. There is also a significant role in covering the managers days off. For this you need to be able to work under pressure, have exceptional time management & an understanding of the caravan park/accommodation industry. Extensive training will be provided, so you are comfortable when stepping into this role. This role is 60% housekeeping and 40% Reception / Admin / Other duties. Commence-ASAP Pay Details: (Casual Level 2) $32.31 per hour Monday-Friday $38.78 Saturday $45.24 Sunday Rate negotiable depending on experience & duties carried out. Onsite self-contained cabin provided or Powered Site if travelling with own caravan is included in your package Duties: Cleaning and servicing of cabins and public areas including Toilet / Shower blocks / Laundry / Camp Kitchens / Fish Cleaning Bays General grounds duties, mowing, weeding, wippersnippering, rubbish collection, sweeping, raking, gardening Offer excellence in customer service to park guests Assist with basic administration duties General front office reception, guest arrivals and departures, phone reservations, general customer service, directing guests to site, POS & money handling. Covering the managers on days off Assist with after-hours call outs on managers days off Other duties as required Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role or an understanding of the industry would be preferred Must have excellent customer service experience Willing to work across all areas of the business Long Term commitment required RMS/Booking System knowledge is advantageous. * Exceptional English Additional Information: -Flights and buses available from Adelaide -Local schools and medical facilities -Telstra mobile coverage available
