About the Role We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a leading consultancy that specialises in communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement. This role will see you working across diverse clients and industries, supporting senior leaders to deliver high-quality campaigns, projects, and strategic advice. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact Lead the delivery of integrated communications projects, from planning to execution Draft and edit content including media releases, speeches, reports, and digital material Support crisis and issues management projects with timely, accurate advice Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients and internal teams Contribute to new business development through proposals, pitches, and thought leadership Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth About You 3–5 years’ experience in communications, public relations, media, or consultancy Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across traditional and digital platforms Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with confidence Experience advising on reputation management, stakeholder engagement, or public affairs highly regarded Collaborative, client-focused, and solutions-driven mindset Why Join?
