A dynamic and community-focused hospitality group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the next phase of its journey — launching new venues, growing membership, and building strong commercial partnerships. With ambitious plans to open five food and beverage venues in five years, this is your chance to step into a key leadership role with ownership, influence, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include : Lead sales strategy for new and existing venues, driving revenue across bistro, golf, membership, and events Build pipelines for corporate functions, private events, and group bookings Develop and manage relationships with community groups, local businesses, and key partners Deliver on sales KPIs, reporting directly to leadership and the Board Represent the group at industry expos and networking events – including some interstate travel Work closely with operations and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest interaction is a sales opportunity What You’ll Bring: Proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or a service-led industry Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Experience driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets Confidence with pipeline management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement A passion for community connections and delivering memorable customer experiences Why This Role?
