A leading Australian organisation with a diverse portfolio spanning property development, construction, commercial assets, energy, and finance is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to join its senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the General Counsel, where you will drive the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks across a multi-division business. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain a robust, organisation-wide risk management framework. Identify, assess and monitor risks across multiple divisions; recommend mitigation strategies and continuity planning. Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory obligations, and internal policies. Lead regular risk assessments and compliance audits across the group. Develop and maintain consistent policies and procedures across all business units. Prepare high-level reporting for executive leadership and key stakeholders. Act as a liaison for regulatory bodies and other external compliance stakeholders. Champion a strong risk and compliance culture throughout the organisation. About You Proven experience in risk and compliance management, within real-estate & construction Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk strategy, and legislative compliance in a corporate environment. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging at all organisational levels. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across diverse teams and business units.
