The Role Toll Retail & Consumer has a great opportunity for an Operations Supervisor in a transport environment to join their Eastern Creek site. This is a Temp role Mon-Fri with some adhoc weekend work. This is a lively FMCG environ, working to improve efficiencies and collaborate with the client and internal Toll stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage daily distribution activities to ensure that people and equipment levels meet service requirements and are employed efficiently You will review rosters and progress, while ensuring all drivers and staff follow OHS and site safety requirements. Be responsible for a structured approach to continuously improve the business Ensure that health and safety is paramount and responsibilities are effectively communicated throughout the team.
