We are currently looking for a Store Supervisor to join our vibrant team at the Westfield Chatswood Shopping Centre store ! Key Responsibilities: Assist the store manager in daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment. Train and mentor sales teams to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Understand and monitor sales performance and encourage the team to meet daily targets. Has high standards and experience in store operation and presentation, assists in visual merchandising and stock replenishment. Be able to address all customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Handle cash related matters such as banking and reviewing daily reports/journals Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. Excellent communication and ability to motivate and guide the team. Understanding of sales targets and how to break them down for daily performance. Sound knowledge of store operations (stock, cash handling, visual merchandising). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
