The festival showcases the best of Indian films while promoting cross-cultural engagement and community participation across Sydney and beyond. Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Volunteer with the Indian Film Festival of Sydney (IFFS) from 3rd – 5th October 2025. The role is on-site and located in Sydney, NSW. Volunteers will assist with event coordination, guest services, and logistical support during the festival. Responsibilities include helping with venue setup, assisting attendees, coordinating with vendors, and providing on-ground support to ensure the efficient execution of festival activities. QualificationsEvent coordination and logistical support skillsGuest services and attendee assistance experienceStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in event management or film festivals is a plus
