About The Role In this specialist advisory role, you will lead complex industrial and workplace relations matters, guiding HR Business Partners and senior leaders through disciplinary processes, investigations, grievances, appeals, IMEs and more. You will expand on your expertise by leading advocacy in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC) and defending claims to WorkCover Qld. Your expertise will influence policy, drive resolution of disputes, and contribute to a culture of integrity and accountability across the Health Service.
