The Role This year at Ozdare, our focus is firmly on colour, with a strategic push behind our professional permanent and liquid colour ranges. We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Consultant to lead growth for our exclusive ELEVEN Australia brand across Sydney’s CBD, eastern, and northern suburbs. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our footprint and building strong customer relationships, with a key emphasis on driving colour sales. You Will Be Responsible For Identifying new opportunities, opening new accounts, and growing existing businessDriving sales of our professional colour ranges, alongside styling and retail productsProspecting and managing a robust sales pipeline, consistently closing dealsEducating and training clients to maximise their success with our productsMaintaining a structured monthly call cycle to ensure expectations are met and exceededAchieving and surpassing monthly sales targets, while ensuring compliance with trading terms and addressing outstanding paymentsRegional and interstate travel as required About You Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on acquiring new businessPermanent residency and full working rights in Australia (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)Preferably experience within haircare; alternatively, experience in a similar industryExceptional negotiation and closing skills Benefits A passion for haircare, beauty, or professional sales is advantageousCompetitive base salary car allowance uncapped commission Ongoing product training, education, and career developmentQuarterly wellness allowance generous product allowanceCelebrate your birthday with a paid day offAnnual recognition incentives Location & Work Rights This role is based Sydney, NSW.
