Company car and travel allowance options provided Your role will consist of: Working with NDIS clients around your location Work across the lifespan or with a caseload tailored to your experience and area of clinical interest Varied caseload that can be specialised based on your preference Work from their office located in Ringwood, Melbourne and visit clients at their homes within the local community 25 billable hours per week after induction How you will be supported: Receive guidance and mentoring from therapy consultants and senior speech pathologists Weekly peer supervision and 1:1 supervision provided Clinical specialisation programs for those looking to grow their skills Daily check ins and weekly supervision from your team leader Administration support team to allow you to focus on what you do best Progression pathways into operations or clinical areas What your office will be like: Step into a collaborative multidisciplinary office environment with a positive and flexible working culture.
