About the Role This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives on the road and enjoys building strong relationships in the construction and interiors space. You’ll be responsible for: · Visiting retail showrooms and meeting with clients · Showcasing our stunning tile, bath ware & kitchenware collections and colour schemes · Growing and maintaining a strong portfolio of new and existing clients · Driving sales and expanding our in-store presence · Attending showroom meetings & collaborating closely with our in-house team · Weekly reporting to your manager Location: Campbellfield, VIC Employment Type: Permanent (6-month probation) Remuneration: Annual rate negotiable, based on experience The Role Includes · Planning and managing sales activities in line with budgets · Building new customer connections while strengthening existing ones · Delivering excellent customer service and follow-up · Monitoring market trends and competitor activity · Tracking results, sharing insights, and staying connected with colleagues Requirements · Prior experience in tile, flooring, or construction material sales. · Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Exceptional customer service and negotiation abilities · Self-motivation and enthusiasm for sales and product knowledge · Strong rapport-building skills with clients and trade professionals · Effective communication across diverse cultural backgrounds • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset • Confidence working independently when required • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building capability • Experience with social media sales and marketing (preferred) • Eagerness to learn and a proactive, “can-do” attitude • Bonus: A proven track record in achieving or exceeding retail sales targets Why Join Us? · Competitive salary based on experience · Supportive, small team environment · Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding brand · Product and software training provided
