This key role is all about supporting and guiding our Occupational Therapy team by sharing your expertise, providing clinical advice, mentoring team members, and promoting high quality, client centred care. About The Role 12-Month Maternity Cover (Possible Extension) Provide clinical leadership in Assistive Technology (AT), including mobility equipment, communication devices, and environmental control systems. Support therapists across VIC through mentoring, consultation, and clinical guidance in AT assessment, prescription, and implementation. Promote best practice in AT service delivery aligned with NDIS processes and prescription pathways. Maintain a clinical caseload to stay current and lead by example in AT practice. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of AT services, tools, and resources. Support skill development across the team by identifying training needs and delivering targeted education in AT. Uphold quality standards and contribute to compliance, risk management, and documentation processes within AT service delivery. Specialist and advanced knowledge in in Assistive Technology. Proven ability to deliver Occupational Therapy directly to clients as part of an independent caseload. Experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring Occupational Therapists. Strong knowledge of the disability, health, and aged care sectors, including NDIS and community-based settings. Full Australian working rights. Access your own vehicle and a current driver's licence. You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
