The Role We're looking for a skilled and confident A-Grade electrician with 1 year (minimum) post trade experience to join our growing team. You'll be predominantly servicing residential and commercial properties across the Perth Hills and Eastern Suburbs with the occasional works across the greater Perth region. You'll work independently, carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs and installations. We're after someone who's efficient and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You’ll work closely with apprentices throughout their development so strong leadership and mentorship skills are a necessity. You’ll Thrive If You: Have extensive experience in residential and commercial electrical work Work independently and take ownership of tasks Enjoy problem-solving and completing jobs efficiently Are eager to mentor apprentices and share your expertise Communicate effectively with clients while maintaining professionalism Ensure the worksite remains clean, organised and respectful of clients' homes Adhere to the highest standards of workmanship and prioritise safety at all times Skills/Qualifications A-Grade Electrical Licence (1 year minimum post trade) Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident - essential Clean and valid Driver’s Licence White Card Split Air Conditioning Ticket (desired but not required) Scissor Lift Ticket (desired but not required) What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits ($45-55 p/h) depending on your level of experience Upselling program designed to boost your earning potential.
