Your opportunity Trade Retail Assistant’s are responsible for interfacing with our customers both face to face and via email and phone in Far North Queensland. In this role you will be tasked with order entry, stock checks, stock replenishment, order enquiries and deliveries to our local customers. Here’s what you’ll achieve here: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our customers Gain a broad knowledge on materials, hardware and tools utilised in a wide range of building industries Gain an understanding of Safe Work Practices and how safety is an every moment thought for us. What you’ll bring A positive, can-do attitude A willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge Ability to lift heavy items; at times 20kg Strong computer skills An understanding of what good customer service looks and feels like Although not essential, it would be great if you have Experience in Cabinetry or Architectural hardware A current forklift licence An open Australian Drivers Licence But what’s most important is that you’re committed to doing good work, well.
