The Opportunity Believe Early Education is seeking passionate and experienced Casual Educators to join our vibrant team at our Logan Reserve centre. As a Casual Educator , you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to the children in our centre, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and developmental needs are met. Key Responsibilities Implement engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework Actively participate in children's play and learning to support their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and inclusive community Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of the centre's programs and practices Undertake administrative tasks as required, such as documentation and record-keeping What We're Looking For Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) Demonstrated experience working with children in an early childhood education and care setting Minimum of 2 years experience in early childhood education and care is required Strong understanding of child development and the ability to tailor your approach to meet individual needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Passion for providing high-quality care and education, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates (or willingness to obtain) Must hold current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates at the time of application Working with Children Check or equivalent Australian citizenship is required for this position What We Offer Competitive hourly rates and flexible casual work arrangements Opportunities for professional development and career growth A supportive and inclusive team environment Access to employee benefits and discounts A commitment to your health, safety, and wellbeing About Us Believe Early Education is a leading provider of early childhood education and care services in the Logan Reserve area.
