Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Being the first point of contact for all IT support. Responsible for IT maintenance and efficient operation across all IT functions. Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate as required. Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency. Maintaining system and data security.
