Overview We are continuing to grow and are now seeking an Exhibition Director to lead the sales and delivery of our flagship Melbourne and Sydney Home Shows – Australia’s largest events for home renovation and building . These iconic shows attract over 100,000 engaged homeowners annually and represent the highest-profile events in the business. Based in Hawthorn, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home), plus an optional 9 day working fortnight, this senior role carries both commercial and leadership responsibility . You will take ownership of revenue growth, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, and ensure exhibitors achieve success. As part of the company’s leadership team , you will also contribute strategically to the growth of the business, working closely with peers across sales, marketing and operations to shape the future of the Home Shows and the wider portfolio.
