This role will suit a commercial real estate banker with a strong relationship management pedigree. As a well networked individual, you’ll leverage your networks and expertise to generate new opportunities, while collaborating with a high-performing team. The dealflow will be varied but predominantly centred across various forms of residential development and construction finance. Key Responsibilities Originate and execute new real estate private credit opportunities. Lead transaction structuring, negotiation and documentation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, advisors and capital partners. Candidate Profile 8 years’ experience in commercial real estate banking or private credit. Deep networks across brokers, developers and advisers. Strong credit acumen and proven origination track record. Leadership capability and ability to influence key stakeholders.
