What You'll Do LawY's product suite and customer base is growing, and so is our engineering team. As a hands-on, Senior full-stack Engineer you'll partner closely with the broader LawY team to design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient web applications. You'll contribute to architectural decisions and build solutions that are well designed, built, implemented and you'll understand the "why" and "what for". We have an ambitious roadmap, but as a lean and high trust team, we remain quick to collaborate and support each other with challenging problems. What You'll Bring We're open to a range of experience levels, whether you're mid-level or senior, as long as you have at least 4 years of commercial experience in full-stack development and are comfortable with a 50/50 frontend/backend role, along with: Proven experience with statically typed languages (ideally Typescript) Proven experience with SOLID design principles Proficient in front-end frameworks/technologies such as modern React & NextJs Proficient in writing tests using Vitest and Playwright (or equivalent) Proficient in back-end technologies such as the Node.js ecosystem, SQL, & Docker Rest API design and 3rd party integrations A passion for writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code An interest in the evolving landscape of AI & LLMs You are the type of person who Is not just a doer.
