Modern Workplace Engineer – Microsoft 365 | Cloud | Endpoint Management Location: West Perth WFH Type: Permanent About the Role Our client, a well-established technology solutions provider, is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer (MWE) to support both internal systems and external client environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and cybersecurity technologies. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients adopt and optimise modern workplace solutions while also supporting the organisation’s internal systems. You’ll work closely with both technical teams and salespeople, acting as a bridge between technical capability and business value. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants variety, ownership, and room to grow, whether you’re an experienced MWE or a rising talent eager to learn. What You’ll Be Doing • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to define and implement modern workplace tech stacks • Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 environments, Intune, Autopilot, Entra, and UEM solutions • Develop and monitor conditional access policies and provide cybersecurity guidance • Act as an internal systems administrator and external consultant • Present solutions to stakeholders and support sales with technical product knowledge • Work with the Solutions Manager to package and refine service offerings • Stay up to date with certifications and emerging cloud technologies Key Outcomes & Measures • High-quality project delivery within budget and scope • Excellent client satisfaction and engagement scores • Successful completion of internal support tasks • Contribution to sales through pre-sales support and technical insight • Achievement of training/certification milestones About You You’re technically strong and commercially savvy, with a knack for working with both internal teams and customers. You’re collaborative, adaptable, and able to talk tech in a way non-tech people understand.
