Job Info Location: BLACKTOWN, NSW Salary: Hourly Rate Job Type: Permanent position | Casual position Job Description Role: Warehouse Storeperson with Forklift Licence Location: Carnegie Pl BLACKTOWN NSW 2148 Days: Mon to Fri Time: Rostered between 6:00AM to 2:30PM Pay: $32.31 plus Super Type: Casual rate, Monday to Friday Required: Forklift Licence Job overview: Manage overall small warehouse layout and optimise space for efficient product storage and movement Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring proper handling. Coordinate order preparation, picking, and packing according to customer requirements. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods in coordination with delivery schedules. Drive and operate a high-reach forklift safely for pallet storage and retrieval. Also Assist in loading and unloading goods into the truck. Assist in container unpacking, ensuring all goods are checked, sorted, and stored properly. Accurately label and store products according to batch/lot numbers and Best Before Dates (BBD). Perform regular stock rotation and adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse to meet hygiene and safety standards. Support in weekly stock takes and report discrepancies. Report damaged or contaminated goods immediately and assist in quality checks. Handle pallet exchange and maintain accurate records (CHEP/LOSCAM where applicable). Prepare delivery paperwork such as consignment notes and pallet transfer documents. Work collaboratively with the operations team to meet delivery deadlines. Other warehouse activities What we're looking for: Valid forklift licence and experience Reliable and can work Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, able to lift up to 25kgs Comfortable working with computers and communicating clearly. -Take pride in being a team player who others can count on.
