This is a full-time, ongoing position, ideal for a candidate with strong knowledge of French cuisine and at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a fine dining or bistro-style kitchen. About Us: Madeleine is a 50-seat French restaurant offering seasonal menus crafted with premium produce and traditional techniques. Located in the heart of Highgate, we operate Wednesday to Friday for dinner, and Saturday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. We pride ourselves on delivering classic French flavours with elegance and consistency.
