We're looking for a Senior Product Manager – Wrap to lead the development, management, and enhancement of our Wrap product suite. Key Responsibilities Responsibility for delivering a market-leading Wrap product suite Own and evolve a compelling Wrap product suite (Advised and Employer Wrap)Work with the Product Management team to ensure consistency of approach, development roadmap and to establish simplification opportunitiesResponsible for development, delivery, management and monitoring of key settings and market competitiveness of the end-to-end Wrap product offering Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DDO, TMD, APRA etc)Development of / sign-off for technical and disclosure related informationLead product development initiatives and strategic proposalsCollaborate with cross functional teams to drive consistency and simplificationResolve product related incidents and manage remediation activitiesEngage with senior stakeholders, boards and regulatorsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a leading edge What You Will Bring Solid wealth product management with deep Wrap platform experienceStrong understanding of superannuation, investments Experience in regulatory environments and product governanceProven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholdersStrategic mindsetTrack record of delivering change and simplification initiativesPassion for developing people and coaching/mentoring Tertiary qualification is highly regarded along with RG146 Make your move.
