This role also supports the delivery of a positive customer experience through professional conduct, clear communication, and the promotion of safe aquatic practices. About You Hold a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate Experience in a similar role is highly desirable Hold a Pool Plant Operators Certificate and a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate is highly desirable but not essential Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders Demonstrated capacity to remain composed and make clear decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations Demonstrated ability to maintain focused during shifts and detect early signs of distress or rule violations.
